10 in 24 is built around a single principle: the app should know as little about you as possible. This Privacy Policy describes what little data the app touches and how it handles it.

Kilo Lima Management LLC does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifying information about you. The app does not require an account, does not embed analytics or advertising frameworks, and does not transmit usage telemetry. There is no server-side user record to view, export, or delete because none exists.
10 in 24 does not request, use, or transmit your device's location. Duty and flight-time computations are derived entirely from the times and durations you enter manually.
Duty periods, flight legs, rest periods, and any saved aircraft or operator profiles are stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you have iCloud device backups enabled in iOS Settings, in which case it is included in your backup under Apple's standard iCloud privacy practices. You may delete all locally stored data at any time by deleting the app.
10 in 24 does not communicate with any third-party API or remote service. All rest-compliance computations are performed locally on your device using the regulatory references embedded in the app.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app receives only a verified entitlement status from Apple's StoreKit framework — payment details, your Apple ID, and personal billing information remain with Apple at all times. The app is intended for use by adult aviation professionals and is not directed at children under 13. Kilo Lima Management LLC does not knowingly collect information from children.
Kilo Lima Management LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be available at this URL. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective Date above.
