These terms govern your use of the 10 in 24 subscription. By subscribing, you agree to them.

10 in 24 provides advisory flight-time and rest-period tracking under FAA 14 CFR Part 135 — including, in particular, the 10-hours-in-24 rest requirement of § 135.267. The app computes compliance status from the duty periods, flight legs, and rest periods you enter. All output is advisory and is intended to supplement — not replace — the operator's required records, the operator's approved Flight Time and Duty Time program, and the pilot in command's judgment.
You acknowledge that as the operator of the aircraft, or as a pilot responsible for your own duty and rest, you remain solely responsible for accurate logging of duty periods, flight legs, and rest periods; for complying with all applicable FAA flight-time and rest-period regulations including but not limited to 14 CFR Part 135 §§ 135.265, 135.267, and 135.273; for retaining the records required by those regulations; and for taking required rest. Nothing in this app relieves you of any duty or responsibility under those regulations.
Access to tracking requires an active subscription billed through your Apple ID at the rate displayed on the paywall. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same rate at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple per its published policies.
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Kilo Lima Management LLC does not warrant that calculations are error-free, that the embedded regulatory references are current, or that the service will operate uninterrupted. You should always consult the current text of 14 CFR Part 135 and your operator's approved Flight Time and Duty Time program directly for authoritative requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Kilo Lima Management LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if Kilo Lima Management LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Kilo Lima Management LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
