These terms govern your use of the Holdover Calculator subscription. By subscribing, you agree to them.

Holdover Calculator provides advisory holdover time and allowance time computations derived from the published FAA Ground Deicing Program tables and the Transport Canada Holdover Time Guidelines. All output is advisory and is intended to supplement — not replace — official documentation, the operator's approved deicing/anti-icing program, and the pilot-in-command's judgment.
You acknowledge that as the operator of the aircraft you remain solely responsible for selecting an appropriate fluid for the prevailing conditions, performing pretakeoff contamination checks where required, and complying with all applicable airworthiness and operational regulations. Nothing in this app relieves the pilot in command of any duty or responsibility under those regulations.
Access to calculations requires an active subscription billed through your Apple ID at the rate displayed on the paywall. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same rate at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple per its published policies.
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Kilo Lima Management LLC does not warrant that calculations are error-free, that the embedded regulatory data is current, or that the service will operate uninterrupted. You should always consult the current FAA or Transport Canada Holdover Time Guidelines directly for authoritative figures and chart notes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Kilo Lima Management LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if Kilo Lima Management LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Kilo Lima Management LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
