“10 in 24” is a planning aid for Part 135 charter operations and is not a substitute for your operator's official flight-time and duty records or for compliance with 14 CFR Part 135 in any specific situation.
All calculations are based solely on the block-out and block-in times you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of those inputs and for reconciling them against ACARS, OOOI (out, off, on, in) times, your operator's tracking system, and the pilot in command's logbook.
Final responsibility for compliance with § 135.267 — and with any other applicable regulations — rests with the certificate holder and the pilot in command. A projected exceedance shown by this app means the schedule is not assignable as built — a duty day may not be planned to exceed a regulatory limit, and extended-rest provisions apply to exceedances arising in actual operations.
